Expressions of Appreciation

Hello there, Ms. Brianna,

I visited the facility today and as I strolled through the corridors, there was a noticeable difference in the atmosphere (not that there has not been noticeable changes), but today they seemed highlighted by new faces that were busy but presented cordially; the environment was cleaner than I have seen, safely to say – ever, less odious, some of the floors were so clean they glistened with shininess. I know that we have a way to go, and that you can’t legislate the heart of people, but what you’re doing, please be encouraged, it is noted and appreciated.

I’ve encouraged FC members to do the same, encouraging them when they see the opportunity to express appreciation and support the movement toward positive change to do so, some of them have certainly shared their acknowledgement of some improvement. I’ve included them in this communication because we know that change takes time (long), we are seeing progression that is noteworthy, while we may have complaints/concerns, as we have covenanted, we will give grace and work together patiently, keeping communication open. Thank you!

GOD BLESS YOU, and we’re praying for His grace, mercy, and wisdom that comes from Him for the mammoth task that is at hand. I do have some thoughts of some ways Family Council may be able to support enhancement of the community for our residents, I will share with FC members and then you.
